Mix castable with clean water on non absorbe surface: If the amount of castable required in large quantity it is advisable that the concrete mixer should be used. Setting takes place immediately after addition of water & ready for use at 24 hr. It sets at room temperature and continuous water sprinkling or covering of cast material with wet gunny cloth is necessary for 15 to 20 hrs to prevent from cracking.
